Individual therapy is currently offered, with plans to expand to couples and family therapy in the near future.
The following insurance plans are currently accepted: Optum, First Sun, and Aetna insurance. Private pay is also an option. Sliding scale fees are available based on financial need. Please call 205-346-7229 to find out more.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will be charged the full session fee. Cancellations requests must be made during business hours (Monday-Friday, 10am-3pm). This policy ensures time is used effectively and that clients and/or those seeking therapy have the opportunity to receive the care they need.
