We offer individual, family, couples, marital, and pre-marital therapy services. Services are also offered in person in Birmingham, AL and virtually anywhere in the state of Alabama and Iowa.
We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama, Carelon Behavioral Health, Aetna, Quest Behavioral Health, First Sun EAP, Cigna, and Private Pay. Sliding scale/discount fees are available based on financial need. Contact Us at 205-346-7229 to find out more.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling, which must be made in advance during business hours, Monday-Friday, 10am-3pm. Cancellations less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.
